How to get help with iSoar, whether you are a family, a student, school staff or a district administrator.
Here is the fastest way to get help, depending on who you are.
1. Families and students
Your school set up your iSoar account, so your school office is the best place to start. They can reset your password, link a child to your account, correct records and explain anything you see in iSoar.
Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.
2. Teachers and school staff
Contact your district's iSoar administrator for account access, class and roster changes, and questions about how your district uses iSoar.
3. District administrators
Email theisoarnetwork@gmail.com. Include your district, what you were trying to do, the page you were on and a screenshot if you can. For urgent problems that affect many users, put "Urgent" in the subject.
4. Everything else
